Hello, I`m Michael Borchardt
Based on my 20+ years of experience in IT (interim) management, I am increasingly aware of the customers’ IT needs. My approach is one of bridge builder: clear communication and solid agreements about what, when and how to deliver. I call that “bridging the gap in the IT landscape”. It also means switching quickly in an ever-changing environment, leading a team based on trust and expertise so that the best in people surfaces. All noses are in the same direction in order to satisfy the customer.
That’s why I am in this, it makes me a happier and better person.
